Central Carolina Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (CCAR) was formed in January 1997 with the merger of the Cabarrus County and Stanly County Associations of REALTORS®. The merger brought together members from Cabarrus, Stanly, Mongtomery, Rowan and Mecklenburg counties. CCAR now has a growing membership of nearly eight hundred professionals.
