Welcome to the official web site of the Central Carolina Association of REALTORS (CCAR). CCAR is a trade association serving over eight hundred members that provides REALTORS with resources and services to conduct ethical, professional, successful and profitable businesses. Each REALTOR member of CCAR is also a member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. CCAR is comprised of REALTORS who are involved in residential and commercial real estate as brokers, property managers, appraisers, counselors and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry.
CCAR REALTORS are advocates for homeownership and for keeping such ownership affordable and within the reach of the greatest number of Americans possible.CCAR legislative efforts are backed by the REALTORS Political Action Committee, ensuring that the voice of homeowners is heard on crucial issues such as environmental legislation, zoning change, tax initiatives, transit and road issues, and growth policies.
Our members also give back to their communities through many charitable opportunities including Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army, The United Way, Operation Christmas Child and many more. In addition CCAR members work hard on their committment to the youth of our communities. CCAR gives a $1,000.00 scholarship to each high school in our three county region at the high school graduation ceremonies. To date CCAR has given out more than $150,000 in scholarship to worthy seniors.
Through member events such as Membership Meetings, Affiliate Vendor Fair, The Legislative Ride to Raleigh, the Installation and Awards Gala, our members have outstanding networking opportunities. In addition CCAR has a New Member Orientation of which new members must attend.
HOW TO JOIN US
You have just made one of the most professional decisions you can make by choosing to join CCAR. First, you must be aware that all real estate licensees are not REALTORS. The only licensees who may use the term REALTOR or display the REALTOR trademark "R" logo are those who hold an active real estate license and have joined the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) through a local REALTOR Association.
The steps you are taking to join CCAR and obtain your REALTOR designation prove to the public that you are dedicate, serious and knowledgeable about the real estate industry. As a REALTOR you pledge to abide by the NAR Code of Ethics for conduct that exemplifies the highest standards of the profession.

SUPERIOR SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE
CCAR has partnered with Superior School of Real Estate to provide you with the best and most comprehensive real estae education for every stage of your success. Superior and CCAR offer classes to obtain your NC Real Estate license as well as continuing education courses and sales training courses. Our classes are offered at the Association office located at 250 Branchview Dr. Concord, NC 28025. At this time we are offering the classes during the day.
